Housekeeper

Join our team at the Glenn of West St. Paul Senior Living as a part-time Housekeeper! This position will work 3 days per week, 6-8 hour shifts. Benefits: 401(k) Match Paid Vacation Time Paid Sick Time Paid Holidays and Floating Holidays Early Pay Access through DailyPay Housekeeper Responsibilities: Provide consistent & quality work to the residents and staff Maintain a clean and orderly work area and cleaning cart Follow job routines and instructions according to the assigned housekeeping schedule. Assure resident apartment and laundry are clean and sanitized as scheduled. Maintain inventory for daily needs & notify supervisor of supply issues Assist in keeping all common areas neat, clean, and safe. Follow the daily schedule to ensure all tasks are accomplished in a timely manner. Cleaning duties includes but not limited to: Vacuuming hallways, elevators, and furniture Washing inside glass doors and windows Sweeping and/or mopping floors Cleaning and stocking supplies in restroom Dusting Rubbish/trash removal Housekeeper Qualifications: Minimum 1 year housekeeping/cleaning experience. Ability to make responsible choices and decisions, and act in the resident’s best interest. Ability to motivate oneself and work independently. Ability to be flexible and to work with other staff and residents. Ability to read, write, spell, do basic math, speak, and understand English.
