Housekeeper

Location: 733 Selby Ave, St. Paul, MN

Schedule

• Week 1: Monday–Friday
• Week 2: Tuesday–Saturday
• Typical shifts: 9 am – 5 pm (flexible)

Pay

$17.00 – $18.00/hour

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent, quality service to residents and staff
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and cleaning cart
• Follow job routines and instructions according to the assigned housekeeping schedule
• Ensure resident apartments are clean and sanitized as scheduled
• Maintain inventory for daily needs and notify supervisor of supply issues
• Assist in keeping all common areas neat, clean, and safe
• Follow the daily schedule to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner

Duties

• Vacuuming hallways, elevators, and furniture
• Washing inside glass doors and windows
• Sweeping and/or mopping floors
• Cleaning and stocking supplies in restrooms
• Dusting
• Rubbish/trash removal
• Washing/polishing woodwork and baseboards
• Seasonal duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping/cleaning experience
• Able to make responsible choices and decisions, and act in the resident’s and overall community’s best interest
• Ability to motivate oneself and work independently
• Ability to be flexible and work collaboratively with other staff and residents
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals
• Strong work ethic
• Maintains confidentiality
