Housekeeper

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part Time - Full Time Housekeeper to support our senior living facility by maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation, with a focus on integrity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure assigned areas are kept clean, sanitary, safe, and organized, following established procedures, and as directed by your supervisor.
• Provide quality housekeeping services to residents.
• Clean resident apartments and common areas, based on the guidelines and schedule determined by the Housekeeping Supervisors.
• Be helpful and polite to residents, be understanding of their needs and respect their privacy, personal property and confidentiality.
• Keep areas of responsibility clean, neat, and organized.
• Cooperate and be polite to all staff, residents, and visitors.

Requirements

• Experience with general cleaning products and procedures preferred.
• Prior experience in hotel or office settings a plus.
• Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operation, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals written in English.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Able to manage your time efficiently.
• Able to work in various weather elements.
• Work well unsupervised.
• Able to lift at least 25 pounds.
• Capable of being organized and maintaining a professional appearance.
• Hard worker.
• Team player.
