Housekeeper

About the role

We are looking for a Dedicated Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the property.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the common areas, hallways, and restrooms
• Assist with furniture placement in the common areas and individual units
• Clean exterior of the building, including exterior trash cans
• Rotate waste cans daily
• Remove snow from each entrance as necessary
• Clean individual units as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to follow instructions efficiently
