About the role

- Oversee daily operations including admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Provide leadership and support to nursing staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state.
- At least 5 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity preferred.
