Responsibilities

• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• General cleaning and trash removal of grounds, residential areas, make-ready units, and common areas.
• Cleaning and preparing vacant units for move-in.
• Daily cleaning and upkeep of community offices, amenities, and other facilities.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders for common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner.
• Understand and follow Asset key policy.
• Report observed violations of community rules and regulations to the Community Manager.
• Utilize property resources, equipment, and supplies economically.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities requested by the Community Manager.
• Manage excellent customer service and monitor service request turnaround and responsiveness.
• Project a favorable image of the community to achieve property objectives and public recognition.
• Ensure consistency in dealing with residents on all matters.
• Enforce policies of the community as delegated by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Physical Requirements

• Regularly ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, step stools, and similar structures.
• Move in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments, including tight and confined spaces.
• Remain in a stationary position, either standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
• Communicate with others to exchange information.
• Repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
• Frequently lift and place objects up to 25 lbs.
• Work overtime, weekends, and night hours (emergencies).
• Be exposed to hazardous chemicals.
• Occasionally work in an overhead position and reach, adjust, or move objects up to 25 lbs.
• Operate machinery and power tools, motor vehicles, and/or golf carts.
• Assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work assigned.
• Identify and inspect objects.
• Work in extremely low or high temperatures, outdoor environments (precipitation and wind), and small/enclosed spaces.
• Traverse flat and non-flat terrain.
