Housekeeper

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for occupancy
• Take responsibility for the daily upkeep of the clubhouse and common areas of property buildings
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents
• Maintain the required property uniform and ensure a professional appearance and attitude at all times
• Respond courteously and efficiently at all times
• Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of management company policies and property community policies

Requirements

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• High level of customer service
• Able to follow directions and follow up to ensure completion of tasks
• Housekeeping experience preferred

$19.00 to $21.00 per hour
