Housekeeper

About the role

We are seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper to perform general cleaning of one of our multi-unit apartment buildings in Las Vegas, NV.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for building residents, their guests, employees, and other visitors to the site.
• Appropriately clean and maintain the common areas of the building interior, as well as the building's exterior grounds including the parking, sidewalk and entry areas.
• Perform all cleaning duties related to unit turnovers within the required time frame of 3-5 days after unit becomes vacant.

Requirements

• At least one year of related work experience.
• The ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Effectively and appropriately interact with individuals with disabilities.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Benefits

• Wage: $15.75 per hour.
