Housekeeper - Assisted Living (Opening Fall 2026)

About the role

Beztak Senior Living is seeking a Housekeeper to join their team. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment across all areas of the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide a beautiful, clean, and sanitary environment for all areas of the community
• Assist with tasks to enhance resident satisfaction, such as laundry or other assigned tasks
• Ensure proper use and care of all equipment to maintain cleanliness and a well-maintained community
• Identify and report safety hazards to supervisors
• Report supply and equipment needs to supervisor before replenishing
• Operate a company vehicle or personal vehicle to perform job duties

Qualifications and Education

• One-year experience in the professional cleaning industry
• Exceptional customer service skills

Personal Qualities

• Caring and positive demeanor when interacting with residents and family members
• Excellent time management skills
• Able to identify issues before they occur
