Housekeeper- Aqua Sol Resort

As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of resort property units while following the company mission statement and values.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence in cleaning units
• Strip units of soiled linens and remove trash
• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks
• Report clean units as vacant and ready for inspection
• Report unit maintenance issues, damaged/stained items, and missing inventory
• Perform weekly guest services cleans as directed
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of storage closets
• Attend all training sessions and apply training practically
• Ensure a safe working environment
• Assist in solving guest complaints promptly
• Maintain a high sense of urgency to turn units on time
• Perform additional tasks as directed by MasterCorp Management

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation)
• Ability to make decisions and demonstrate planning/scheduling capabilities
• Ability to read, write, and do basic math
• Strong personal timeliness and promptness with assignments
• Passion for cleanliness and a strong work ethic
• Ability to learn and adapt behavior
• Willingness to work irregular hours

Work Environment

This job operates in conditions that may include odors, dust, cleaning chemicals, and laundry chemicals. The role frequently requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions.

Pay

Earn up to $18.00 per hour—our system rewards efficiency and timeliness.
