Housekeeper - Apartment Community

About the role

Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Full-time Housekeeper to join their team in Alexandria, Louisiana.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of property models, amenities, vacant units and public access areas.
• Responsible for cleaning all vacant apartments for new occupants.
• Responsible for daily trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas.
• Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to housekeeping.
• May assist with light maintenance including painting on turnovers/make-readies.
• Snow removal.

Requirements

• 3-6 months experience in professional cleaning or related responsibilities preferred.
• A valid drivers license will be required for this role.

Pay

$11-14 an hour, bi-weekly pay with up to $750 quarterly bonuses (up to $3,000 a year!)
