Key Responsibilities
- Carry out in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend Culligan water treatment solutions.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and provide exceptional customer service during the sales process.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the features, advantages, and benefits of Culligan products.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in water treatment technology and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure a smooth and satisfactory setup of water treatment systems in customers' homes.
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Sales Representative Qualifications
- A valid driver's license and personal transportation.
- A high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of one year of sales experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A proven ability to generate leads and build a territory.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to solve complex problems independently.
