Household Sales Rep
About the role
Take daily ownership of your territory, hunting for additional business opportunities while servicing company-provided leads. Build trust and long-term relationships with homeowners, assess prospects' needs, conduct in-home water tests, and present tailored solutions to address their concerns.
Utilize follow-up techniques with previous customers to inquire about additional equipment opportunities and referrals. Partner with service and installation teams to provide a seamless customer experience. Grow your pipeline through referrals, networking, and community involvement, and track your activity and results to stay aligned with your goals.
Requirements
- BS degree preferred with an emphasis in Sales or Marketing; 1+ year of sales experience (relevant experience will be considered in place of degree)
- Proven track record of residential sales experience is preferred
- Community involvement
- Excellent time management, telephone, and presentation skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Ability to obtain Culligan Sales License within 90 days of employment
- Valid driver’s license

Pay
This is a commission-based position with an expected total annual compensation ranging from $75,000 to $125,000, depending on individual performance. Actual earnings may vary based on sales performance.
Additional compensation includes a monthly vehicle allowance.
