About the role

The Residential Water Treatment Consultant at Culligan Ultrapure is responsible for identifying water issues and delivering effective solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. This role combines technical expertise with customer-focused service, offering a dynamic marketing plan to generate new leads and maintain strong conversion rates.

Responsibilities

• Identify water issues and provide solutions using a proven methodology
• Offer water softeners and other water treatment systems
• Conduct technical water testing and hands-on demonstrations
• Create and execute a marketing plan to generate new leads
• Maintain strong conversion rates for provided leads
• Build lasting relationships with customers
• Drive growth for the company

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Sales or Marketing
• One year of relevant sales experience
• Proven track record of residential sales experience
• Community involvement
• Excellent time management, telephone, and presentation skills
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Valid driver’s license
