About the role
The Household Dining Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dining hall, ensuring that meals are served efficiently and meet nutritional standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and distribution of meals to residents
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage inventory and ordering of food supplies
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Communicate with residents about meal times and special dietary needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food Service Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in food service management
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
