Housecalls Community Liaison (Austin, TX)

About the role

Ennoble Care is seeking a full‑time, experienced Housecalls Community Liaison for its North Austin and South Austin, TX markets. The role involves engaging with the community to promote services, build relationships, and enhance brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the potential of the company's service area to determine target markets.
• Visit doctors' offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities and other possible sources of referrals to present agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze the company's organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Complete an analysis of the company's “product” line.
• Analyze patient/company relationships.
• Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
• Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and setting a reasonable timetable.
• Implement the marketing plan while staying within the established timetable.
• Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on an established basis.
• Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate.
• Assist office staff as needed with updates, etc.
• Provide community outreach and education.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in marketing, nursing or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.
• Organized and detail‑oriented.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.

Compensation

Base salary of $50,000 – $95,000, plus monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses.
