Housecall Community Liaison (Topeka City, Kansas)

About the role
The Housecalls Community Liaison will engage with the community and promote company services, such as our House Calls (primary care) services. Responsibilities include analyzing the service area to determine target markets, visiting doctors' offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other referral sources to present agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the company's organization to determine strengths and weaknesses.
- Analyze past and current marketing data.
- Complete an analysis of the company's "product" line.
- Analyze patient/company relationships.
- Develop sales/marketing objectives and sales projections.
- Develop a marketing plan, identifying priorities and setting a reasonable timetable.
- Implement the marketing plan within the established timetable.
- Review and evaluate the analyses and plan on an established basis.
- Attend IDG meetings, as appropriate.
- Assist office staff as needed with updates and tasks.
- Provide community outreach and education.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work interacting with health agencies/professionals.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.

Pay
Base Salary: $50,000 - $95,000, plus monthly, quarterly, and annual bonuses.
