HOUSE SUPERVISOR/RN (PM SHIFT)

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing and clinical staff during the assigned shift.
• Ensure accurate and timely provision of patient care.
• Supervise care of patients ranging in age from adolescents through geriatrics.

Qualifications

• Current licensure to practice by the State Board of Nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• A minimum of three (3) years experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a psychiatric facility.
• Supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
• Must pass a medication administration exam before administering medications.
• CPR certification and successful completion of the hospital’s designated behavioral and physical management training program, including de-escalation and appropriate use of seclusion and restraint, required prior to assisting in the procedures.

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Must pass a medication administration exam before administering medications.

• May be required to work overtime and flexible hours.
