House Supervisor- RN- Day Shift
Select Specialty Hospital San Diego is a 110-bed free-standing Critical Illness Recovery Hospital located in downtown San Diego. We treat medically complex patients who require extended care, with typical stays of 25-30 days, allowing our team to build strong rapport with patients and their families.
About the role
As House Supervisor, you will manage resources during your assigned shift, foster a collaborative work environment, ensure compliance with company policies, and serve as a clinical resource to staff, patients, and families. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to address patient-specific and facility-wide needs while improving operations.
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage resources during assigned shifts.
- Create a healthy work atmosphere that promotes team and individual growth.
- Monitor the workplace to ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Serve as a clinical resource to staff, patients, and families.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs while improving operations.
- Ensure patients feel informed, understood, and heard through superior quality care.
Requirements
- Valid State RN License.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required at hire.
Qualifications
- Five (5) years of critical care or progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
- One (1) year of leadership experience.
- Prior clinical management experience is preferred.
- BSN is preferred.

Pay
$125,000 - $155,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, day shift (3 - 12 hour shifts per week with rotating weekends).
