Role Overview

The House Supervisor RN is responsible for managing hospital operations during hours when department managers and administration are unavailable. This leadership role involves overseeing daily nursing unit functions, applying a broad range of nursing skills, and ensuring smooth hospital operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop nursing staff through professional role modeling and effective management practices.
• Provide leadership for the hospital's general operations during assigned shifts.
• Support unit goal achievement and ensure quality patient care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• American Heart Association BLS certification upon hire.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience, such as serving as a Charge Nurse, demonstrating leadership abilities.
