House Supervisor (RN) Nights

About the role

Select Specialty Hospital is a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronically ill patients. House Supervisors (RN) are integral in delivering compassionate and excellent care and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage resources during your assigned shift.
• Create a healthy work environment that fosters both team and individual growth.
• Maintain a safe and compliant workplace by monitoring policies and procedures.
• Act as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.
• Collaborate with ancillary interdisciplinary teams to address patient-specific and facility-wide needs, and improve operations.

Requirements

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Skills

• Effective communication skills.
• Leadership and management abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of critical care and progressive clinical care.

Pay

$15,000 sign-on bonus.

Schedule

Three 12-hour shifts per week, 7pm to 7am.
