House Supervisor (RN) - Behavioral Health | Residential Treatment | Leadership Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership during overnight operations
• Serve as the clinical leader for the facility during overnight hours—supporting staff, ensuring quality care, maintaining a safe therapeutic environment, and helping adolescents on their journey toward healing
• Support nursing staff and direct care teams throughout each shift
• Develop and implement nursing policies and clinical best practices
• Promote high standards of resident care, hygiene, safety, and documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and leadership to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
• Support individualized treatment plans and behavioral interventions
• Respond to clinical situations while providing guidance and coaching to staff
• Foster a positive, collaborative, trauma-informed treatment environment
• Monitor compliance with facility policies, nursing standards, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Current Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), Diploma in Nursing, or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• At least 21 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous behavioral health or psychiatric nursing experience
• Experience working with adolescents
• Leadership or charge nurse experience
• Knowledge of child and adolescent development
• Missouri Driver's License
