About the role
Oversees medical center operations on shift of responsibility to ensure that quality patient care is delivered in accordance with Swedish Medical Center's mission, vision and values.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License (upon hire).
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association (upon hire).
- At least 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience with demonstrated leadership abilities.

Pay
Base pay range: $62.90 – $99.31 per hour. Additional compensation may be available (shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities).
Schedule
Full‑time, night shift.
