House Supervisor - Registered Nurse (RN)

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Maintain a current Licensed Practical Nurse license in Louisiana
• Maintain a current certification in BLS
• Participate in annual Infection Prevention education
• Follow all Employee Health protocols (e.g., annual TB skin test, annual flu vaccine, annual employee physical if maintaining insurance benefits)
• Complete annual training including Relias, Ethics, and Sexual Harassment
• Attend all mandatory inservices including departmental meetings
• Have basic computer knowledge
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens
