Overview
The House Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of various patient care departments within the hospital. This role ensures efficient workflow, adherence to policies, and high-quality support services that contribute to excellent patient care. The House Supervisor also supervises staff, coordinates activities, addresses issues as they arise, and maintains a safe and supportive environment.
Qualifications
- Graduate from a school of nursing.
- Three years of hospital nursing experience.
- Current RN (Registered Nurse) License in the applicable state of practice.
- BLS and ACLS certifications before beginning first shift.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Five years of hospital nursing experience.

- Demonstrated critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Schedule
Full-Time: Rotation - Weekends, evenings, and holidays. Shift: 17:30 – 06:00.
