House Supervisor - Behavioral Health

What You'll Do

• Overtake patient care and nursing operations during your shift
• Respond to high-risk or complex patient needs
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resources
• Support and guide nursing staff through coaching and training
• Ensure accurate documentation and policy compliance
• Act as the on-site leader for clinical and administrative needs

What You’ll Bring

• RN license (TN) & BLS certification required
• Psychiatric/mental health nursing experience preferred
• Leadership or charge nurse experience a plus
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
• BSN preferred, not required
