Essential Job Duties
- Aid full-time staff in supporting client wishes and objectives before, during, and after events.
- Train, motivate, supervise, and discipline all front of house staff including Head Ushers, Lobby Ushers, and House Ushers.
- Lead usher staff to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests.
- Coordinate usher staff to execute emergency evacuations.
- Aid concessionaires to create a profitable and appropriate retail environment.
- Represent management at merchandise count-in, count-out, and cash settlement.
- Aid guests with specific needs.
- Maintain vigilance over patrons and staff to ensure safety and security.
- Work as House Usher, Lobby Usher, Head Usher as scheduled.
Qualifications
- Five years of customer service experience.
- Three years previous experience in House Management.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to handle challenging situations with confidence, skill, and professionalism.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer proficiency in Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, and Gmail.
- Cash handling and POS experience is a plus!
Physical Abilities
- Requires the ability to stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
- Required to move/lift objects up to 20lbs.

Pay and Benefits
Rate of pay for this position is $20-22 per hour.
