What We Offer

Who We’re Looking For
- Couples who want meaningful, purpose-driven work
- Willing to relocate to New Mexico
- Have no more than two children currently living at home
- Model healthy behaviors, values, communication, and consistency
- Willing to support youth from difficult or traumatic backgrounds
- Believe in continued personal growth, teamwork, and learning
Houseparent Couples Do
- Mentor and supervise youth
- Teach life skills such as cooking, laundry, cleaning, budgeting, punctuality, and communication
- Prepare meals and maintain household organization
- Support educational goals and routines
- Transport youth to school, appointments, activities, and events
- Reinforce positive behavior and healthy relationships
- Assist with medications and minor illnesses/injuries
- Complete daily electronic documentation and reports
- Collaborate closely with treatment teams and staff
- Encourage recreational activities, work ethic, and personal growth
Minimum Requirements
- GED or High School Diploma
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Self-motivated and dependable
