About the Role

House Parents provide a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for students from pre-K through 12th grade within an education, training, and e-learning setting.

Responsibilities

• Live in student homes to support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
• Model positive behavior and provide guidance.
• Assist with homework and daily activities.
• Collaborate with school staff to promote student well-being.

Requirements

• Passion for mentoring youth and making a positive impact.
• Ability to create an inclusive environment that values diversity, teamwork, and personal growth.
