Responsibilities
- Serving as a role model for staff in all areas of client programming, client services and professional practice.
- Supervising Assistant Program Coordinator and Program Specialist staff.
- Helping to oversee the day-to-day operation of a residential program for adults with autism.
- Schedule includes evening and weekend shifts.
- Be on ratio at least 1-2 days per week and assist with the hands-on direct care support of the adults in our care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a residential environment working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities.
- Supervisory or lead experience (can be in a different industry).
- Good communication (verbal and written) skills.
- Must have MAP Certification.
- Must have a valid Mass or NH driver’s license (or be able to get one in 60 days).
