About the role
The AM House Attendant is responsible for performing a combination of tasks which maintain the hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner, thereby contributing to a pleasant and positive guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Consistently check and replenish; maintain the organization, visual appeal, cleanliness, and sanitation of assigned areas.
- Ensure clear, concise, efficient, and appropriate communication at all times with Room Attendants, House Attendants, Supervisors, Dispatcher, and management.
- Assist Room Attendants with moving/rearranging furniture, removing guest room linen, trash removal, and cleaning balconies/patios.
- Prepare, deliver, and collect guest request items—coffee/tea setup, rollaway beds, baby cribs, household items, amenities, etc.
- Clean carpets and upholstery using the proper equipment and following cleaning procedures.
- Receive and properly store cleaning supply, guest supply, and linen deliveries from the loading dock.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of hotel events.
- Cross-train in other Housekeeping and Laundry related areas.

Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1–2 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Luxury hotel and/or luxury residence experience preferred.
- High volume/fast-paced environment experience preferred.
- Intermediate English—verbal.
- Flexible work availability—all shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
- Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; occasionally move up to 100 pounds (carts).
Pay
Hourly wage: $23–$26
