House Attendant

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests to ensure their stay is positive
• Work as a team to maintain hotel cleanliness
• Collect bags, trash, and soiled linens at the beginning and end of shifts
• Pick up clean linens and refill linen par stocks on each floor pantry
• Deliver towels, cribs, cots, and other items to guest rooms upon request
• Perform duties of a room attendant when necessary
• Refill guest amenities and supplies on each floor pantry
• Help room attendants with heavy lifting during super cleaning/spring cleaning
• Clean public areas according to department standards
• Remove soiled linens and trash from service areas and dispose of them appropriately
• Respond courteously to guests and other team members

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred
• Neat and pleasant personality
• Good time management skills
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to lift and carry loads up to 25 lbs

Compensation

$23.40 per hour
