What You’ll Do As a Cook at TETRA Hotel, you will be responsible for: Preparing breakfast, lunch, or dinner items with precision and consistencyExecuting dishes across various cooking techniques: roasting, broiling, baking, frying, steaming, and moreFollowing recipes and portion standards with a meticulous eye for qualityMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environmentOperating kitchen equipment with care and adhering to all safety protocolsEnsuring proper storage, rotation, temperature control, and sanitationSupporting the culinary team by supervising prep staff and promoting a culture of excellenceIdentifying hazards and communicating proactively with leadershipTaking initiative in daily operations and staying agile during high-volume service periods What We’re Looking For You may be the perfect fit if you: Thrive in high-energy kitchens and value teamwork and communicationHave strong knife skills and confidence using both small and large kitchen equipmentBring knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper handling proceduresCan follow standardized recipes while maintaining speed and accuracyShow initiative, reliability, and leadership under pressureAre willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidaysHave prior experience in a fast-paced or upscale kitchen (preferred) Why Join TETRA?
