What are we looking for?

Position Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Background with working at a hotel/resort or related is preferred
• Required: Must have a valid driver’s license, motor vehicle background check will be completed

Skills And Abilities

• Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
• Must be able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
• Works well in stressful, high-pressure situations – fast paced environment
• Maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
• Effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying the concerns or issues raised by coworkers and/or guests
• Being able to work as a team is critical and available to work independently is essential as well

Physical/Mental Requirements

• Position requires you to be able to stand, walk, bend and stoop for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work in different types of weather sometimes extreme, including high temperatures and humidity

HOURS REQUIRED

40 hours per week, flexible schedule, will be required to work weekends and/or holidays, AM & PM Shift available.

Compensation

$20.00/hr
