Summary of Job Duties
- Provide secure, accessible, and professional administration of academic, accommodated, vendor, and professional examinations.
- Perform testing, customer service, and operational duties, including candidate check-in, test administration, testing room monitoring, exam preparation, and maintaining testing security and confidentiality.
- Assist with coordinating testing activities and provide guidance to other staff as assigned.
- Exercise sound judgment within established procedures, communicate testing concerns or irregularities, and refer complex issues to full-time Testing Services staff.
- Complete all required testing partner onboarding, certification, and security clearance processes, which may include background checks, fingerprinting, identity verification, and submission of identifying documentation.
- Work shifts outside of typical business hours as operational needs require.
- Maintain regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance and foster collegial working relationships.
Requirements
- The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma.
- At least one year of experience in a specialized or related area applicable to the work performed.
- Availability to work Saturdays and some evenings.
- Must be a non-student to be selected for this role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education.
- Two years of customer service experience.

Pay
$15.50 per hour
