About the role

East Madison Toyota is seeking Hourly Technicians to join their team and provide exceptional customer experiences. Full Time and Part Time positions are available.

Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs and maintenance work in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards
  • Ensure customers have a world-class service experience at every step of their ownership journey, particularly during vehicle repairs
  • Provide an unparalleled level of technical knowledge and expertise to help repair and maintain vehicles to the highest factory and dealership standards
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with Service Advisors regarding technical information about customer vehicles
  • Comply with all manufacturer standards of quality and timeliness for repairs and maintenance work, ensuring accurate estimates and work orders
  • Understand and comply with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations affecting shop operations, including handling and disposing of hazardous waste, OSHA guidelines, and use of safety and health personal protective equipment

Requirements

  • Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience
  • Friendliness, enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive "team-player" attitude
  • Strong work ethic capable of working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment, and previous dealership experience preferred
  • Brand knowledge is preferred but not required
