Hourly Supervisor - Univ. of Minnesota - Athletics Combined

This role focuses on improving the profitability of Operations by ensuring the highest level of customer service, safety, sanitation, quality, and consistency while driving sales and controlling costs.

Responsibilities

• Control labor costs by supervising daily staffing levels and driving efficiency.
• Manage production costs, supply costs, and inventory by adhering to operational standards.
• Audit service and quality regularly and adhere to tracking procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
• Supervise teamwork, service, and day-to-day employee issues professionally.
• Support and implement training programs to improve guest service, revenue, and morale.
• Assist in annual employee reviews and address interim performance issues.
• Ensure accurate adherence to Aramark’s time and attendance procedures.
• Maintain staffing levels consistent with guidelines and adjust based on business needs.
• Train all employees on safety, health, and sanitation procedures.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking/standing.
• Wear uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Current certifications as needed for the role.

Pay

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00 to $22.00.
