Hourly Supervisor - James Madison University-Starbucks

Job Responsibilities

Controls the labor costs by supervising daily staffing levels as needed while driving efficiency from all staff.

Audits service and quality on a regular basis.

Adheres to all standards and established tracking procedures daily.

Develops and implements strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals.

Supervises teamwork and service on a regular basis.

Supervises day-to-day employee issues in a professional manner while adhering to all Aramark policies and procedures.

Supports and implements training programs that develop skills to better serve guests, build repeat business, grow revenue, and improve morale.

Assists in annual employee reviews and supervises interim performance issues.

Supervisor accurate adherence to Aramark's time and attendance procedures.

Ensures staffing level consistent with established guidelines and makes daily adjustments based on business needs.

Requirements

Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Current Certifications as needed.

Physical Demands

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing.

Qualifications

This role may require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Pay

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $22.23 to $22.23. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.
