Job Summary
Performs administrative tasks in support of the clinical research program or laboratory. Tasks will vary by department and research category. Typically, manages the front desk, organizes files, and performs other clerical duties associated with research studies and programs. Recruits participants, verifies eligibility, and enrolls subjects. Schedules participant visits and maintains records. Transports samples or laboratory equipment. Monitors inventory levels and orders supplies.

Minimum Qualifications
- At least 1 year of related experience
- Equivalency: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (e.g., bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related work experience)
Preferences
- Collaborations with interdisciplinary teams to conduct research focused on improving health outcomes for Pacific children, including cardiometabolic risk factors and multicomponent lifestyle interventions
- Support implementation science research to improve childhood obesity management in pediatric primary care and strengthen care delivery
- Experience with scoping reviews, protocol development, study coordination, manuscript drafting, and editing
- Contribute to mixed-methods data collection, data cleaning, analysis, and preparation of scholarly deliverables (e.g., abstracts, presentations, manuscripts, policy briefs)
- Master's degree in a related public health field
Pay
$14-$18 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule
Part-time, up to 19 hours per week, day shift
