Hourly Manager Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Minimum 1 year experience in a full-service, casual restaurant culinary management position
- Minimum 21 years or older
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
- Continuous standing, bending, and lifting up to 60 pounds
- Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
Hourly Manager Responsibilities
- Deliver great food, prepared to company standards
- Ensure adherence to all food safety standards
- Place, receive, and store weekly orders for food, paper supplies, kitchen supplies & cleaning chemicals
- Maintain outstanding kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Maintain budgeted food cost
- Write weekly kitchen schedules
- Manage shifts to meet budgeted labor standards
