Responsibilities
- Make sure each shift runs smoothly
- Train new associates
- Be an example of “remaining calm at all times”
- Open and close the store
- Ensure product quality and provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years of age
- 6+ months of proven management experience in the food service industry or leadership role in a related industry
- This is a hands-on position requiring physical work
- Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy
- Lead by example and uphold high standards of operation
- Help team members grow through coaching and feedback
- Must have reliable transportation
- Full-time availability including late nights, weekends, and some holidays

- High school diploma or equivalent required
