About the role

We are looking for future managers to join our growing team as Assistant Managers (second in command of a million-dollar business). This is a part-time, hourly position overseeing all aspects of your shift, including people, operations, sales, and profits. You’ll be accountable for everything that happens within your shift, ensuring safety, training, and culture. You will lead by example and follow all policies and procedures 100% of the time.

This position requires 2–4 shifts per week, including some weekends. You may be asked to help at other nearby locations. No prior management or pizza-making experience is necessary—we’ll train you.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all shift operations, including team leadership, customer experience, and profitability.
• Ensure the safety, training, and culture of your team by leading by example.
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Manage people, operations, sales, and profits during your shift.
• Assist at other nearby locations as needed.

Requirements

• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to use Outlook/email services.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Currently residing near the store location.
• Pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Domino’s or prior experience leading people.
