About the role

Responsible for supervising kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety, and managing staff.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation and adherence to health codes.
  • Ensure all food items are prepared and served in accordance with recipes and standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Train new employees and provide ongoing training to existing staff.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications
