About the role
Responsible for supervising kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety, and managing staff.
Responsibilities
- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation and adherence to health codes.
- Ensure all food items are prepared and served in accordance with recipes and standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing training to existing staff.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
