About the role
Houlihan's is seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead its operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successful leadership and problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Qualifications

Pay
