Primary Responsibilities
- CSP’s and Hard Bids: Preparation of Spec Section Matrix
- Review of Subcontractor Call List
- Recruitment of Sub/Vendor Bidders
- Quantity takeoff for all trades
- Project specific scope for all trades and Tabsheets
- Preparation of Google Sheet Sum Form
- Bid Day Room setup
- Tabulate portion of trades on Bid Day
- CM@ Risk Projects: Preparation of Project-specific Bid Tabs to publish bidders
- Attendance at Pre-Bid Conference
- Participation in Bid Day prep and presentation to Owner
- Scope verification conversations with Bidders post-Bid Day
- Compilation of all portions final GMP pricing booklet
- Coordination with Field Ops to present the GMP to the Owner
- Final turnover of Field Ops for construction
