Responsibilities
- Maintains a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
- Uses guest last names during interactions.
- Parks and retrieves vehicles while driving slowly and safely.
- Assists guests with bell services, luggage storage, and other inquiries.
- Explains parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival.
- Calculates and collects revenue for vehicles when needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license for the state you are applying to work.
- One (1) month related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Ability to read and write standard English language.
- Ability to add and subtract three-digit numbers and perform these operations using units of American money.
- Understanding of 24-hour and military time systems.
- Ability to operate a manual transmission (highly desirable).
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds occasionally and up to 50 pounds frequently.

Pay
Starting pay is $10/hour, with potential to earn up to $20/hour with cash tips. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
Schedule
The potential work schedule for this position includes weekdays, weekends, holidays, and all shifts. Flexible shifts are available.
