Hotel Superintendent - Anderson Ground-Up Hotel

Job Description

Lead all onsite construction activities for a $12M ground-up hotel project.

• Manage subcontractors, site logistics, safety, quality, and project schedules.
• Utilize Procore for meetings, documentation, drawing management, and project tracking.
• Collapse
  • Coordinate billing, subcontractor invoicing, back charges, and budget updates through Procore.
• Serve as the primary onsite leader while collaborating with the Project Manager MPI.

Qualifications

A background with branded or chain hotel developments is preferred.

• Advanced proficiency with Procore project management software.
• Strong communication, organization, and subcontractor management skills.
