Responsibilities

  • Supervise staff and manage daily operations on assigned shift for various departments including Front Desk, Pool, Valet, RV Park, and Hollydeck.
  • Support, administer, and manage operational goals and monitor achievement of performance and profit objectives.
  • Create and maintain effective and efficient schedules, manage labor costs, and ensure staffing objectives are met.
  • Assist in inspection of projects after completion and maintain master and direct bill accounts.
  • Assist in providing direction for Hotel Services staff on assigned shift, assist with posting charges, and settle folios for individuals and groups.
  • Address and manage complaints, grievances, or concerns from team members and make recommendations for financial activities of the Hotel.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

Requirements

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Achieve a Gaming Permit.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course.

Qualifications

  • Associate degree from accredited college or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Knowledge of hotel systems software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work high volume days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and often crowded environment.
  • Ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
