Pay
Hourly rate range: $19.29–$20.29.

Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
- Restock guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, coffee, and other items as needed
- Inspect rooms to ensure all equipment and furniture are in good working condition and report any maintenance issues
- Occasionally assist in cleaning and maintaining public areas such as hallways, lounges, and restrooms
- Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff
- Provide courteous and professional service, addressing guest requests or concerns promptly and efficiently
- Handle laundry services, including collecting, washing, folding, and delivering linens and towels
- Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities, ensuring timely restocking
- Prepare rooms for new guests, ensuring they meet the hotel's standards of cleanliness and comfort
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent GED certification
- Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
