Responsibilities
- Engage all guests in a friendly manner delivering exceptional customer service.
- Aid Guests with their needs and drive sales.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from the stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping.
- Own the guest experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management.
- Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures.
- Perform other job-related duties as requested.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum six (6) months of Cash Handling and Retail Sales experience.
- Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in a similar resort setting, preferred.
